Lifetime Drink Package Transfer of Ownership

Please read all the way through to get all the details. We have been seeking legal council on this transfer of Ownership to make sure everything is legal. This process takes time. We may have to make some changes baised on legal advice.

We are looking to transfer ownership of a Royal Caribbean Chalice and with it comes a Lifetime Drink Package on Royal Caribbean only!  How to qualify to have ownership transfered by booking, paying and sailing on a Royal Caribbean ship between now and April 30, 2027. 

Backstory:  My son and I were traveling on Utopia of the Seas in November, 2024 for a three day cruise from Port Canaveral to Perfect Day in Coco Cay Bahamas.  While we were onboard, we notice that Effy (the onboard jewelry store) had some Royal Bling in the window and stopped in to look around.  As we walked through their doors, we noticed the Royal Caribbean Chalice and were informed that with the purchase of this beautiful Chalice came a Lifetime Drink Package on any Royal Caribbean ship.  After several negotiations, we reached an agreement that I would purchase the Chalice and be provided the ability to transfer the Lifetime Drink Package to one lucky winner.  This was the moment that from my experience of being a business owner, I know that it can be important at times to take a calculated risk and as such, I decided to use the Chalice and Lifetime Drink Package as a promotional offer to kick start my new travel agency, Memory Vacations, into high gear. 

If you are interested into being a part of the transfer of ownership, you will need to contact Memory Vacations to book your next Royal Caribbean Cruise and receive additional details. Remember that you will need to book, pay and sail on your cruise no later than April 30, 2027.  The ship must have set sail on or before April 30, 2027.  This should provide guests with plenty of time to plan and pay for their bookings. 

Disclaimer:  The person that ownership will be transfered to must be at least 21 years of age and have booked, sailed and paid for a cruise through Memory Vacations.  The new owner will be chosen from the completed list of bookings from November 1, 2024 through April 30, 2027. The new ower will be  will take place no later than May 31, 2027 and will be directly contacted. The new owner of the Chalice must be agreeable to have their picture taken and used on social media and websites.  The Lifetime Drink Package is only available on Royal Caribbean ships and will only be transferred from Memory Vacations to the selected of this sweepstakes.  After that initial transfer, the Lifetime Drink Package is non-transferrable thereafter.  Once the transfer of the drink package has taken place, the holder will receive a card instructions from Royal Caribbean acknowleding the ownership so you will not have to bring the Chalice on the ship with you. Please also note, that each booking will qualify for the transfer of ownership.  The more you book with Memory Vacations, the more likeky to get the transfer of ownership. Just because you book more does not guarantee the transfer of ownership to you. More information about the transfer of ownership to be posted as details arise. We have been seeking more legal advice on this process. The dates may change or the transfer of ownership may need to be canceled if deemed appropriate by our legal council.
